  1. I did acupuncture starting eight weeks prior to my ivf and up until my transfer. The needles dont hurt and I found it to be very relaxing. To be honest I dont think I will do it again during our 2nd ivf though. I spent $1,000 out of pocket and honestly, I am still angry at some of the false promises that were made. Of course I will be in honest in the fact that it did relax me.

  2. Acupuncture is different for every person. I know a ton of people who love it. I personally had a bad reaction to it, but I'm glad I gave it a go. I think you should try it and see how you feel. Maybe ask you friends/co-workers for a referral to a good place.
