  1. I've read a little about childbirth and heard other women tell their stories. I feel prepared for a vaginal or c-section delivery. BUT I don't want to know too much or read too much because it does get me nervous!! I'm just wanting to relax as much as possible on delivery day and try to go with the flow. It's not like I can actually plan that day (like I try to do with every single other day).

  2. I haven't been reading a lot about childbirth. I'm a nervous person by nature and in this case I know that more knowledge will only make me anxious, not relaxed. I'm like you and I figure that the medical professionals will help walk me through labour once it's happening.

  4. Does your phone have a way to record sound? Bring it to your doc appt. and record your conversation so you can play it back later.

  5. I guess it depends on your personality. Are you a fly by the seat of your pants kind of person or do you like to know about all potential possibilities and make some plans?
