  1. Hon, I have one of THOSE babies. ;) She's 24 weeks and has never, never fallen asleep on her own. I'm working on teaching to self settle without having to be fed or rocked to sleep, and we're failing miserably here too. Still plugging away, but yeah, day sleeps suck.

    1. OMG Aly, at 6 months?!! EEP! Have you ever had a day or night off? I just don't understand how to successfully transition away from the feed into sleep routine (esp at night - how am I meant to tell he's full and stop him feeding before he falls asleep on me?) This all seems like rules for OTHER babies.

  2. I don't really have experience with this, but wanted to let you know I am thinking of you and hoping things start falling into place for Eddies sleeping.

  3. I went through the same thing! My husband and I had to take turns holding our son all through the night for the first five weeks. Moms on Call was what finally worked for us.

  4. I'm finding wonder weeks are bad weeks to try this. I have to lay down next to bub. Rub belly and Shhh loudly. 5 months and day sleeps are crap night sleeps are better.
